Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The maximum excess amount for all car categories 1500 USD + VAT, except negligence.

Third Party Liability (TPL):

It is included in the rental amount. This coverage has a minimum deductible for damages to third parties’ property of USD 500.00 or 20% of the value of the event. This coverage will be void due to negligence on the part of the client or any additional driver.

Theft Waiver (THW) 
It is included in your rental amount.
The maximum excess amount in case of total or partial theft of the rented vehicle is USD 2000 + VAT, except negligence.
Please Note: Partial theft is not included in Theft Waiver, for example if someone steals the radio customer will have to pay for the radio or any damage below the deductible.

Transferable Insurance Coverage
We don´t accept any third party or online purchased insurances and In case customer wishes to use their own personal or credit card insurance, in case of damage 100% amount will be charged and they can claim back from their own personal or credit card insurance and the deposit amount will be 3000 USD in case customer wishes to use their own insurance.

Excess Reduction
Insurance option is available to purchase at the counter.
The price of Super CDW is USD 30 per day for all vehicle groups. This coverage is not available for drivers under 25 years old.
SCDW is only available for minimum 7 days rental.
If Customer opts for SCDW, deposit amount will be reduced to 400 USD.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk.

1. In case of accident customer must provide to the rental agency the accident report given by the Transit Officer and the accident report with the Insurance Inspector and must report the accident to the rental agency immediately after the event takes place. Otherwise, insurance will be void. Where possible, please do not leave the vehicle unattended and wait for assistance.

2. If the accident or damage takes place in a rural area, the lessee must proceed to give a statement at the nearest Judicial or Police authority in the area and submit all documentation provided (statement report) to our rental office. It is mandatory to submit the corresponding statement made to the competent judicial authority indicated in the official ticket, for purposes of coverage implementation and effectiveness.

3. Vandalism damages, tow truck and road assistance due to negligence is not included.

4. Insurance does not cover damages of any type caused by driving through rivers, lakes, beaches, mangroves, and flooded roads or off-road, this will void any insurance coverage and customers would be responsible for damages.

5. No coverage covers if the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the event.

6. No coverage applies when a rented vehicle is driven by an unauthorized driver.

7. CDW coverage does not cover, vandalism damage, glass damage, flat tires, wheels, keys or accessories. In the event that the damage is caused by factors other than a collision with another vehicle, THE CLIENT must assume full responsibility for the damage to the rented vehicle.

8. Damages caused to the inside of the vehicle, including upholstery of the car, loss of car’s keys or documents, license plates, emergency kits are not included in the insurance. Charges apply according to damages or loss and appraisal.

9. The renter and any additional drivers are absolutely liable for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, even when the loss or damage is caused by a third party or in the event the cause is unknown, whether because of theft, collision, vandalism or any other cause.

Vehicle Condition
You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it, minus the normal wear and tear. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.

Driver Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and there’s no limit for maximum driver’s age.
A young driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for driver’s age from 18 years to 24 years and deposit amount will be increased to 1500 USD and excess will be 2000 USD + VAT.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for drivers aged 65 and above.

Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 1 years with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
Customers from US, Canada and Australia can drive on their domestic driving license.
An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman or English alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

Provisional permissions or unread driver´s license is not accepted.
The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pickup: Passport, Driver's license and credit card.

Fees
License plate fee of 50.85 will apply per rental.
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available for free in case if it’s not customers fault and additionally can be purchased for USD 11.3 per day.
Damage due to customers fault is not included and will be charged additionally.
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy
Full to Full
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged 35 USD per 1/8 missing fuel.
Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.

Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price.

Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, Discover, JCB and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.

Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from USD 1200 to USD 1500 depending on the age of the renter and will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.

Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available and the charges depend on the location and distance.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available and the charges are USD 90.50 per pickup and drop off.

Grace Period
For vehicle pick up:
2 hours grace period is available. After 2 Hours if not informed 35 USD will be charged, depending on the vehicle availability otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled.
For vehicle return
2 hours grace period is provided after the grace period an additional day charge will apply.

Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
